Arrive with clean, dry skin and hair about a quarter inch long. Avoid heavy lotions or recent sun exposure. Exfoliate gently 48 hours before to reduce ingrown hairs and improve wax adherence.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, intense exercise, and direct sun for 24-48 hours post-wax to prevent irritation. Use gentle, fragrance-free moisturizers and exfoliate after 48-72 hours to help prevent ingrown hairs.

Yes — we accommodate sensitive skin with patch tests, gentle low-temperature or hard wax, and calming post-wax treatments. Tell our esthetician about allergies or medications so we can tailor the service safely.

Ideal hair length is roughly 1/4 inch (about 6 mm) so the wax can grip the hair. If hair is too short or too long, we can advise trimming or waiting before your appointment.
