I recently found this place after looking for head spas in the area after I was experiencing a headache and neck tension. What a treat!! I signed up for the signature head spa treatment, for which was absolutely divine. The experience of receiving over a handful number of scalp and face massage, exfoliation, and rejuvenating techniques left me so invigorated (Donna did my treatment!). The face jelly mask was also applied, which did wonders for my skin! I had so much energy the next day, which was such a pleasant “side effect”, lol! My headache also went away by the end of the treatment. My treatment was about an hour and a half, which was such a fantastic amount of time!

They were even accommodating with the massage chair, which I requested to be turned off as the pressure was too much for my legs. They were quick to remedy this for me.

Vicki, the owner, followed up my treatment with a blow out. I absolutely loved her! She is so pleasant, kind, and accommodating. She shared with me some advice when it came to my hair without pushing me for services. (I never like a sales pitch, unless it’s a genuine share!).

this place is called vPRO for a reason, the workers here are definitely pros at what they do. i went here for a haircut some long layers and vicki gave me the most amazing cut ive ever gotten. the blowout she gave me was great and my hair was soft for days. i came back for a headspa and another worker did it for me and i instantly fell asleep it was the most relaxing thing. my hair felt so clean after the headspa. vicki is so kind and welcoming and the salon is just a great environment 10/10 would recommend!...more

I booked the head spa treatment and was blown away by how soothing and luxurious the entire experience was. The reclining chair had a built-in full-body massage, and the facial paired with the head spa was pure bliss. Vicki is a master of her craft. I came in for a lash lift and tint and a massage. The massage was amazinggggg. I love the lash lift and tint as an alternative to extensions- I’m a retired lash extension girl and this was definitely a great option- she even threw in a complimentary brow tint and shape up. I’m excited to go back for a facial!!! One stop shop here!!

Edit: I came in to get a facial while Vicki was cutting a clients hair, she did such an amazing haircut I decided to show her a photo of what I wanted for my color. I’m a fake blonde with dark natural hair, majority of it is gray though. I normally do my roots myself or have my hairstylist friends do a partial highlight on me. I showed Vicki what I wanted to achieve and she did it, without any bleach. Truly amazing. I’ve never been happier with a color service. Had the most amazing experience today at VPRO Salon. Had the Classic Japanese Head Spa and I will 💯 be back. I booked the appointment last weekend online and totally messed it up but the owner Victoria called me within 10 minutes to help me fix the appointment, didn’t even ask for help she just called to make sure I was booking what I wanted, spoiler I had messed it up . The customer service is beyond 5 stars! The owner Victoria is experienced, intelligently educated and , super friendly. The colorist (Peter I believe) knows what he's doing without a doubt. They fixed a bleached/dyed hair issue late last minute that I caused and now it looks great now hair feels smooth and strong. A must go to . I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. I went to VPRO yesterday for a headspa service. I woke up this morning and my hair is the silkiest it's ever been in my life. Vicky is such a kind and fun person. She has a great set up and service. It wasn't just a headspa service, you get a full body massage laying down as well as a mini facial/face massage. I feel completely renewed. Also, VPRO offers more services than just headspa experiences. My first time here I was so nervous! It was my first time in a long time getting waxed since the pandemic started and my very first time getting a keratin lash lift and tint... VICKI IS WITHOUT A DOUBT INCREDIBLE AT WHAT SHE SHE DOES!
My lash lift was fantastic! She took my stubbornly straight lashes and made them curled and darkened so I don’t need to wear mascara!
Another thing is she is very quick and clean when it comes to eyebrow shaping. I have incredibly thick and unruly eyebrows that grow back fast due to my Indigenous/Hispanic mix. SHE SHAPED THEM PERFECTLY. And went into detail about how moving my arches inward more would help highlight, balance and flow with my face shape. Vicki clearly knows what she’s doing with experience and precision. I’ve been traumatized in the past where people have completely messed up my eyebrows along with burning me with too hot wax.
During my waxing Vicki kept communicating to me asking how I was, how’s the temperature of the wax against my skin was, and really putting me at ease. I truly recommend Vicki. She truly is a pro at what she does. Vicki has a very unique approach to beauty care, as she graduated from Beijing Film Academy. Vicki has a diverse background in different methods and techniques, along with an eye of an artist. Due to being trained in Chinese beauty, her approach is tranquil and different than what I’ve experienced than from those trained in American beauty.
All in all, all I can say is don’t miss out on making an appointment with her!...more

She styled my hair and talked to me about the structure of my scalp bones and what haircut would best fit the shape of my face/head.
